Regardless of their opinion of the other manager, the community is going to have a difficult time thriving when one third of the administration team doesn't want to grow and actively damages the servers through misconfiguration on a repeated basis. The appearance of "overthrowing" is valid though, especially if the two are good friends outside of the online community you are involved in. | |
Feb 12, 2017 at 6:12 | comment | added | 54D | The server owner and the manager seem to have different views regarding the future of the server -- the owner is extremely eager to grow the server and make it a big one, if not transform it into a network of gamemodes, whereas the manager does not seem to be committed to what the owner planned. I was hired to help the server grow so I'm on the owner's side. For free and I don't really care about getting paid. So if I am to simply neglect the damages made by the manager or even suggest a drastic change in the composition of administration team, I look like I'm trying to overthrow them. | |
