Define strategy to social networks targeting multiple countries

I have a website about reviews targeting two countries, speaking the same language.

wwww.br.xxx.com

wwww.pt.xxx.com

However each review will be only relevant to the readers of the origin country of that review.

eg. Brazilian reviews to Brazilian readers.

eg. Portuguese reviews to Portuguese readers.

My question is about the social profiles, I mean, Facebook, LinkedIn an Twitter. When a new review is posted, then I share through these platforms. So, should I have always two profiles for each country?

The problem is about the traction. One global profile will be much more easily to scale. Should I aggregate all reviews in a global profile?
